GPR Exhaust Systems Return and Refund Policy
Incorrect or Misrepresented Items
If you receive an item that does not match the description or if we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately. These items must be returned with delivery confirmation and insurance. The following return policy does not apply to these cases.
Standard Return Policy
Every return must begin by contacting us through the website Contact Form to obtain a return authorization. Please carefully review the following requirements before initiating a return.
Product Condition Requirements
All products submitted for return must be in unopened condition. The act of mounting an exhaust system on a motorcycle constitutes use, and such products will not be eligible for return. We maintain the right to request photographic evidence demonstrating that the product packaging remains sealed and unopened.
Financial Considerations
A restocking fee of 20% applies to all accepted returns. The final refund amount will be calculated as follows: original purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee and minus any customs fees or taxes that are incurred during the return shipping process back to our facility in Italy.
Shipping and Customs
The customer bears full responsibility for return shipping costs to our facility in Italy. Additionally, we are not responsible for customs fees or taxes. To minimize customs charges, which will be deducted from your refund, we recommend declaring a low value on the customs invoice. Please retain all tracking information for your records and shipment monitoring.
Inspection Process
Upon receipt, we conduct a thorough inspection of all returned products. If we discover any scuffs or damage, we will document them with photographs and notify you immediately. All returns must be properly packaged to prevent shipping damage. If we determine that a product has been opened or used, we will not return it to you, and no refund will be issued.
Important Pre-Installation Notice
We strongly urge you to inspect your products thoroughly immediately upon receipt and before attempting any installation. Once a product has been mounted on a motorcycle, it becomes ineligible for return under any circumstances.
Rejected Returns
If we determine that a return does not meet our requirements, we will notify you that the return has been rejected and no refund will be issued. You will then have 30 days to choose one of these options:
- Have the product shipped back to you at your expense
- Allow us to recycle the product
If you do not select an option within 30 days of the rejection notice, we will proceed with recycling the product.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:
- Stolen, refused, or undelivered packages
- Packages marked as delivered but where the customer was not present
- Shipments with incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Original shipping costs for standard returns
Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us through our website's Contact Form to initiate the return process. We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
